What You Need to Know
Using AdWise means agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
AdWise provides access to advertising knowledge, source-grounded search results, AI-assisted analysis, and other advertising research tools where offered. AdWise is designed to help customers research, understand, compare, and apply advertising ideas. It does not guarantee that any recommendation, strategy, advertisement, offer, campaign, or other use of the service will produce a particular result.
AdWise draws from a curated library of advertising and marketing source material. Source passages, quotations, excerpts, titles, author names, and other third-party material remain subject to whatever rights apply to that material. Access through AdWise does not transfer ownership of those underlying sources to the customer.
AdWise may also generate summaries, explanations, comparisons, analyses, recommendations, and other derived material. Reasonable steps are taken to keep that material grounded in the sources being used, but no guarantee is made that every response is accurate, complete, current, or a perfect representation of an author's views. Customers should use the linked or displayed source material when exact wording, context, or attribution matters.
Different advertising authorities may disagree. AdWise may present those disagreements rather than attempt to resolve them. The inclusion of an author, book, advertisement, principle, or other source does not mean that AdWise endorses every claim, practice, opinion, or recommendation contained in it.
Advertising results depend on the product, market, offer, audience, media, execution, timing, competition, budget, and many other factors outside AdWise's control. There are no promises that using AdWise will increase sales, response, profit, traffic, conversion rates, brand awareness, or any other business result.
Customers are responsible for advertising, marketing, business, financial, legal, and other decisions they make using information obtained through AdWise. AdWise isn't responsible for claims, losses, advertising costs, lost profits, or other consequences resulting from a customer's use of or reliance on the service. Financial liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid to AdWise by that customer during the applicable billing period, except where applicable law doesn't allow that limitation.
Customers may not intentionally use AdWise to create or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, dangerous, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material. Customers are responsible for making sure advertisements and other materials they ultimately publish comply with applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, advertising, consumer-protection, and other laws.
Unauthorized automated access, scraping, bulk extraction, copying of the source library, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass its normal operation, access controls, usage limits, or restrictions aren't allowed unless expressly authorized. Access to individual source passages does not grant permission to systematically reproduce or reconstruct a source work.
Access may be suspended, restricted, or permanently denied for fraud, abuse, bot activity, payment abuse, systematic source extraction, manipulation of the service, prohibited use, or other violations of these Terms. Access to AdWise is conditional, and the right to use the service may be revoked when necessary to protect the business, its customers, its sources, or the service itself.
Prices, plans, included usage, features, limits, available sources, and other parts of AdWise may change going forward. Sources may also be added, replaced, restricted, or removed. The service is provided as it exists, and uninterrupted or permanent availability of AdWise or any particular source, authority, feature, or AI provider isn't promised.
Paid AdWise plans include the usage allowance shown for that plan at the time of purchase.
If optional usage beyond the included allowance is offered, additional usage will occur only when the customer has authorized it. Any such overage will be charged according to the terms displayed when the customer enables it.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription charges are recurring and continue until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily refund a billing period that has already begun.
If AdWise cannot provide a paid service that was purchased, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided where required.
AdWise's source library contains material from different authors, publishers, time periods, editions, and source types.
AdWise makes a deliberate effort to preserve source identity. Two editions of the same work may be treated as separate sources, and interviews, newsletters, advertisements, case studies, summaries, reference works, and authored books may be identified differently.
A citation or source link identifies the material AdWise used. It does not mean that the cited author created, approved, sponsored, or endorsed AdWise.
Source material may contain historical claims, terminology, opinions, business practices, or advice that would not necessarily be appropriate today. AdWise may preserve such material because accurately representing the historical source is part of the service.
Where AdWise provides source text or surrounding context, it is provided for research, explanation, comparison, and use of the AdWise service. Customers may not use AdWise as a substitute distribution source for books or other works in the library or systematically extract material in order to reproduce them.
Some paid AdWise features use artificial intelligence to analyze source material and customer questions or materials.
AI-generated analysis is not itself an original source. When AdWise distinguishes between source material and analysis, customers should preserve that distinction when relying on the information.
AI can make mistakes. It can misunderstand context, place too much weight on particular evidence, or produce an interpretation an original author might not have intended. Source citations are provided where available so customers can examine the underlying evidence themselves.
When customers submit advertisements, sales letters, campaigns, offers, positioning, branding, or other material for analysis, AdWise may suggest changes. Those suggestions are recommendations only. The customer decides whether to make them and remains responsible for the finished material.
Unless a different refund offer is displayed for a particular purchase, subscription charges and authorized usage charges are final once incurred, except when AdWise fails to provide the purchased service or applicable law requires otherwise.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not erase charges or authorized usage already incurred before cancellation takes effect.
Before starting a legal dispute, customers must contact User Support and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue.
If it can't be resolved, the dispute will be handled through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit before a judge or jury. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. North Carolina law governs these Terms except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Changes apply going forward and won't rewrite completed transactions under an earlier version.
The Terms and Privacy Policy in effect when a transaction takes place may be retained with the transaction records so there is a record of what applied at the time.

What You Need to Know
AdWise only asks for an email address to create an account. Payments are handled by Stripe, including payment-card information, so card details are never stored here.
Customer information is kept private. Personal data isn't sold or rented, used as a product, or shared with advertisers. The only exception is when information has to be disclosed in response to valid legal process.
Cookies are used to keep users signed in, remember things that make the site work properly, and get a general idea of how people use AdWise so the experience can be improved.
AdWise uses third-party AI and technology services to provide certain features. When a customer uses a feature that requires one of these services, information necessary to perform that request may be sent to the applicable provider. AdWise does not intentionally send information that isn't needed to provide the requested service.
Questions, searches, conversations, and materials submitted for analysis may be stored so the service can work, conversations can continue, and customers can access their previous work. This information is not added to AdWise's advertising source library or presented to other customers as source material.
AdWise also maintains its own library of advertising books, articles, advertisements, interviews, and other source material. That source library is separate from customer information.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect the information stored here, although no online system can guarantee perfect security. AdWise is not designed or directed to children under 13.
Deleting an account removes the email address from the user-account system and disconnects it from the account. It does not necessarily erase the account's existing records. Transaction, tax, business, fraud-prevention, usage, conversation, and other records that may be needed for legal or operational purposes may be retained.

If the way personal information is handled materially changes, users will be notified before the new practice takes effect.
